Ranchbot secured more than $15 million in Series B funding led by Lewis & Clark Partners, forming a Delaware holding company headquartered in Fort Worth to scale its team, refine water monitoring tools, and expand into broader ranch asset management.
Ranchbot completed a Series B financing of over $15 million (USD), alongside a corporate restructuring that established Ranchbot Technology Holdings Inc., a Delaware corporation, as the group’s new global parent company. The global headquarters is now based in Fort Worth, Texas.
The round was led by Lewis & Clark Partners (St. Louis-based later stage venture firm focused on science, health, food, and agriculture innovation). Participants included Fulcrum Global Capital (Kansas City-based, with a large base of farmer and rancher limited partners), Builders VC, The Cultiv8 Livestock Technology Fund, Lever VC, and Macdoch Ventures. This investor group brings deep agricultural domain expertise, producer networks, and experience scaling ag-tech platforms.
The financing marks a deliberate shift to accelerate growth and position the company as a broader ranch technology platform. Capital will fund expansion of the U.S. team, continued iteration of existing hardware and software, development of adjacent technologies, and partnerships that create more integrated solutions. Core water management capabilities will be deepened while the platform expands to cover livestock, wildlife, natural capital (soil, pasture, and biodiversity), and other on-ranch infrastructure.
Leadership emphasized simplicity and practical ROI: the goal is to give producers real time visibility and control without adding complexity or multiple disconnected apps. Investors highlighted the combination of mission critical hardware, recurring software revenue, and measurable customer returns in a still largely manual segment of livestock operations.
