Below is our recent interview with Joe Benson & Ben Bingham from Benson & Bingham Injury Law:

Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?

Joseph L. Benson II, Esq.: Benson & Bingham Injury Law is an award-winning personal injury law firm representing individuals and families whose lives have been disrupted by motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, serious injuries, workers’ compensation matters, and wrongful death. For more than 25 years, we have advocated for injured clients throughout Nevada with convenient offices located in Downtown Las Vegas, Summerlin, Henderson, Reno, and Carson City—so that help is never far away.

My cousin Ben and I built the firm around two important commitments: achieving meaningful case results and treating every client like family rather than a case number. Today, our team includes more than 40 dedicated professionals, and we have recovered more than $600 million for our clients. Although the firm has grown significantly over the years, our purpose remains the same: to help injury victims understand their rights, stand up to the insurance companies, and pursue the maximum compensation they need to recover and rebuild their lives.

Q: What makes Benson & Bingham the best choice for a PI claim? How are you unique?

Ben J. Bingham, Esq.: Results matter tremendously in personal injury law, but the way clients are treated while we pursue those results matters too. An injury can greatly affect someone’s health, income, family, and sense of security. Our responsibility is to not only build the strongest case possible, but also make an often-overwhelming process feel manageable, easy, and clear.

What distinguishes Benson & Bingham is our combination of substantial legal resources and direct, personal attention. Clients have access to experienced attorneys, including the firm’s partners, and a team that communicates with them throughout the process. We know Nevada, its courts, its laws, and the issues that commonly arise in claims involving our roads, workplaces, hotels, casinos, and businesses. We prepare every case carefully, negotiate from a position of strength, and remain ready to litigate when an insurance company does not offer a fair resolution.

Q: Any highlights to note about your latest announcement?

Joseph L. Benson II, Esq.: We were recently named the first-ever Best Law Firm in Las Vegas Weekly’s 2026 Best of Vegas Readers’ Choice Awards. Because this was a newly introduced category in a highly competitive market, and the result was determined through community voting, this particular recognition was especially meaningful to us.

We have always believed that a law firm should contribute and give back to the community it serves. In addition to representing injured Nevadans in need of experienced legal support, our team supports organizations addressing hunger, poverty, sustainability, essential personal-care needs, and other challenges facing families in the community. Our work with groups including Three Square, United Way of Southern Nevada, Green Our Planet, Angel Wings, Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada, Olive Crest, and Project Marilyn reflects that commitment.

Awards are never the reason we do the work, but this one showed us that people recognize both the results we achieve and the relationships we work consistently to build throughout Nevada. We are tremendously grateful for that trust and determined to continue earning it.

Q: What can we expect from you in the next six months? What are your plans?

Ben J. Bingham, Esq.: Our focus will continue to be on making experienced personal injury representation accessible to everyone throughout Nevada. That includes continuing to strengthen our teams and resources in both Southern and Northern Nevada while finding new and insightful ways to educate people about their rights after an injury or accident.

One exciting part of that effort is our new production studio in Summerlin. It gives us the ability to produce timely and resourceful video content addressing the most common questions folks with PI claims ask us every day: what to do after a crash, how insurance claims work, what evidence to preserve, and when to speak with an attorney if you’ve been injured in an accident.

We also plan to continue deepening our involvement with local Nevada charities, schools, and community organizations. Growth is essential, but we want it to always be responsible and measured—growth that improves the client experience, optimizes case outcomes, supports our employees, and maintains Benson & Bingham as a top resource for the communities we serve.

Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?

Joseph L. Benson II Esq.: People often learn about our case results before they know how personally involved we are with our clients. We are not simply lending our names to the firm. Ben and I remain actively engaged in cases, litigation, people, and direction.

When someone contacts Benson & Bingham, that person is reaching a Nevada firm with deep expertise, established local roots, and skilled attorneys who understand that no two injuries affect people in exactly the same way. Some clients are worried about medical bills. Others cannot work, are caring for an injured family member, or are trying to cope with a permanent change in their lives. Effective representation begins with listening closely enough to understand the full impact and working with clients directly to establish a plan that meets their legal needs.

That personal responsibility extends to our community involvement as well. We want our success to create opportunities to help people both inside and outside the courtroom. That philosophy is embedded throughout our firm and it’s something we’re heavily focused on.

Q: Your firm has long said, “Bet on Benson & Bingham,” and recently introduced the latest message: “Bet on Results.” What do those promises mean for Nevadans seeking legal representation?

Ben J. Bingham, Esq.: “Bet on Benson & Bingham” is memorable because it speaks to all of us here in Nevada, but its meaning has always been very serious to us: when your health, livelihood, and future are at stake, the personal injury attorney you choose matters.

“Bet on Results” brings that promise into even sharper focus. Results are not limited to the final settlement or verdict, although we are proud to have recovered more than $600 million for our clients. A successful result also means helping someone obtain the proper medical care, accident reconstructionists, forensic specialists, or safety engineers to establish fault, protecting that person from insurance company pressures, keeping the client informed, and creating a pathway forward after a traumatic event leaves an individual or family devastated.

No attorney can ethically guarantee the outcome of any case. What we can promise, however, is that all our clients will have an experienced Nevada personal injury team committed to the preparation, accountability, and determined advocacy from the beginning of their case through to its resolution. That is what “Bet on Results” means to us—not just winning, but achieving the best possible outcome for each one of our clients and their cases.

Q: What types of personal injury cases does Benson & Bingham handle, and how does that experience benefit clients throughout Nevada?

Joseph L. Benson II, Esq.: Benson & Bingham represents clients across a broad range of Nevada personal injury matters, including car, truck, motorcycle, rideshare, bicycle, and pedestrian accidents; premises liability and slip-and-fall claims; hotel and casino injuries; workplace injuries and workers’ compensation; defective products; medical malpractice; catastrophic injuries; dog bites; and wrongful death.

That wide range of practice areas matters because serious cases frequently involve overlapping legal, medical, and insurance issues. A collision may involve a commercial company, multiple insurance policies, or a defective vehicle component. An injury at a hotel or casino may require immediate preservation of surveillance footage and other evidence controlled by the property owner. Catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases require a careful understanding of both current losses and lifelong consequences. You’re always working with a seasoned team.

Our statewide experience allows us to recognize those issues early, apply Nevada law that we know so well, preserve critical evidence depending on the case, and build each claim around the full effect the injury has had on the client and the client’s family, so maximum compensation and recovery can be achieved.
